DIGITAL PRODUCTS — RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

BUILT & Becoming sells digital products, including audiobooks, music, digital journals, downloadable cards, written material, bonus content and bundled digital experiences. No physical products are shipped.

Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, purchases are generally final once the download, streaming access, access link or digital content has been delivered or made available.

We may provide a replacement, correction or refund when:

• the customer was charged more than once for the same order;
• the purchased file is defective, corrupted or materially different from the product description;
• the customer did not receive the purchased content because of a technical delivery failure that we cannot correct within a reasonable period;
• an unauthorized or fraudulent transaction is confirmed; or
• a refund or cancellation is required by applicable law.

Before requesting a refund for a delivery problem, please check your spam, junk and promotions folders and confirm that the email address entered at checkout was correct.

If you experience a problem, contact info@builtandbecoming.com within 14 days of purchase. Include your name, order number, the email address used at checkout and a description of the issue. We may first attempt to resend, replace or restore access to the purchased content.

Orders cannot ordinarily be cancelled after digital delivery or access has been issued. If delivery has not yet occurred, contact us promptly and we will review whether cancellation is technically possible or legally required.

Personalized or customized digital products cannot be returned or refunded after production has begun, except where the product is defective, incorrectly supplied or a refund is required by law.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
