These Terms of Service govern your use of builtandbecoming.com and your purchase or use of products offered by BUILT & Becoming. The store is operated by 1000970409 ONTARIO LTD., an Ontario, Canada corporation.
By accessing this website or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase its products.
1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
BUILT & Becoming offers digital products and experiences, which may include audiobooks, music, downloadable journals, digital appreciation cards, bonus material, written content and bundled products.
Product descriptions identify the content and format included with each purchase. Unless expressly stated otherwise, no physical item will be shipped.
2. ORDERS AND PRICES
Prices are displayed in the currency identified on the storefront or at checkout. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing, contact and delivery information. We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, pricing error, misuse or a violation of these Terms.
3. DIGITAL DELIVERY
Digital products are delivered through email, download links, streaming access, customer-access pages or a third-party digital delivery provider such as SkyPilot.
Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address, maintaining access to that email account and using compatible devices and software.
Delivery times may vary because of payment authorization, email filtering, platform availability or technical issues. If your content does not arrive, contact info@builtandbecoming.com.
4. LICENCE AND PERMITTED USE
Unless a product page states otherwise, each purchase grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use.
You may download and use the purchased product for yourself or send a product to its intended recipient where gifting is expressly offered.
You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, upload, publish, sublicense, share publicly, alter for resale, remove watermarks or ownership notices, or use any product or substantial portion of it to create a competing commercial product.
Purchasing a product does not transfer any copyright, trademark or other intellectual-property ownership.
5. APPRECIATION ROOM PRODUCTS
Appreciation Room cards and related materials are licensed for personal sharing with the intended recipient. They may not be resold, posted as downloadable files, placed in public template libraries or reproduced for commercial distribution.
Where personalization is offered, you are responsible for the wording you submit. You must not submit unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, defamatory, infringing or abusive content.
6. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Digital purchases are generally final after delivery or access, subject to technical failures, duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions and mandatory legal rights.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The website, books, characters, narration, music, card designs, artwork, written content, branding, logos, downloadable files and related materials are owned by or licensed to 1000970409 ONTARIO LTD. and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
BUILT & Becoming, Angelicflo, associated titles, artwork and “Words. Sound. Becoming.” may not be used without authorization.
8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The store may use Shopify, payment processors, digital delivery services, streaming services and other third-party platforms. Their services may be governed by additional terms and privacy practices.
Links to external services are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the availability or independent conduct of third-party websites or platforms.
9. ACCEPTABLE USE
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape protected content, commit fraud or use the website or its products unlawfully.
10. DISCLAIMER AND LIABILITY
We make reasonable efforts to describe and deliver products accurately. To the extent permitted by law, the website and digital products are provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated or legally required.
